The Central Virginia Regional Soccer Association (CVRSA) is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization chartered by the State of Virginia in 2000. The purpose of the CVRSA is to provide an efficient method of communication between the various soccer entities in the Central Virginia region, and to provide certain services that benefit the entire region. Membership is entirely voluntary, and each member association or organization remains completely autonomous.
